The Thesis
We rebuild the operating systems of overlooked businesses.
Our First Mandate
Tampa Bay building-compliance field services — required, recurring work in fragmented markets.
What We Install
Proprietary infrastructure connecting field operations, finance, compliance records, and customer workflows.
The Outcome
Stronger cash flow. Clearer controls. A platform built to compound.
The Operating Layer
Finance, field operations, scheduling, compliance, and technology — rebuilt into one auditable system.
The Mandate
Patient ownership. Operator discipline. Technology built in-house.

Beyond the Foundation
The descent is the thesis. What follows is the firm — where we begin, how we operate, and the people building it.
How Capital Works Here
We acquire established field-service businesses with durable, often compliance-driven demand. Our initial focus is Tampa Bay's fragmented building-compliance trades.
Proprietary infrastructure connects scheduling, field operations, finance, compliance records, and customer workflows — giving operators one reliable system to run the business.
Controls are built in from day one. Core operating and financial data remain traceable, processes become repeatable, and reporting is designed to withstand diligence.
We underwrite operational improvement, hold for durable cash flow, and add acquisitions only as the platform earns the right to compound.
What We Stand On
Capital entrusted to us is treated like the businesses it buys — something built over a lifetime, handled with care and accountability.
Quiet diligence, conservative structures, and controls that hold up under scrutiny. No hype. No shortcuts.
Ownership and incentives are designed around long-term value creation. Patient horizons, operator economics, no asset-gathering.
The Principals
This thesis lives or dies on execution, so the technical operating layer stays in-house. Both managing partners are engineers who have shipped AI systems under real-world constraints.
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
AI engineer behind two NASA award-winning systems and U.S. defense work — autonomous platforms built for high-consequence environments. Architects the proprietary operating infrastructure deployed across the platform.
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Mechanical engineer, MS Mechatronics — product development spanning Apple, FDA-cleared surgical imaging, and the SpaceX Hyperloop competition. Leads automation and operational systems across the platform.
Will and Nick are the principals. The broader bench is assembled deliberately — operators and advisors added for specific, relevant expertise.
Advisor, AI & Emerging-Tech Policy
AI systems builder and 2026 Regeneron Science Talent Search Scholar. His work spans patent-pending AI-assisted surgical guidance and a U.S. House internship focused on emerging-technology policy.
Operating Partners & Advisors
A deliberate bench of operators and advisors who have run the kinds of businesses we acquire — built deal by deal, alongside our capital partners.
Start a Conversation
We work with a small group of family offices and private investors through direct, relationship-led conversations. Private materials are shared only after qualification.
If you've built an enduring field-service business and are considering succession or a growth partner, we listen first, move discreetly, and protect what made the company worth building.
